^^ Green...
Point me the direction you got your bits from Adam?
For cable, I'm pretty sure you could grab some 0AWG from Halfraud or something.. about £2 a meter or something silly
I'll be up for this, just feels like the bend in the induction pipe is a little drastic, plus it looks like a cleaner install tbh..
I'll keep an eye out for you and see how your goes ;)
72mm iirc
70mm would be fine..
Edit: You specifically after Samco?

Re: Eds ph1 172 - The soon to be controversial project!
Cracking car you got there fella, I know Dan looked after that car. Along with TheEvilGiraffe cleaning his own and Dans all the time no doubt. Good luck with the project, will be keeping an eye on this.
HIDs are illegal on any car which don't have them from factory, to be legal your car requires headlight washers and a self leveling light sensor. Although this don't really bother many people, the thing with projector headlights is that the beam is not scattered, where as non projector...
Re: Flame Red DCI 80 Sport Rep
Cracking car Tom, if your taking that into work I reackon the previous owner is kicking themselves a little now for the way it looks!
Keep up the good work
I've struggled to pull my finger out getting the one set I have on my car refurbed!
Like a women with shoes, but a man with wheels!.. None the less, car is absolutely stunning!
Keeping it on the ground would be how I would do it, least then the force from the suspension pushing up will be easier to tighten down the nut if it is loose..
If it does tighten up, then yes, it was loose, wouldn't be so much of a 'solid' top mount then haha
Fo 'rizzle 'omes...
Check this picture, the top mounts have a threaded part that sits under the turret and the top part tightens down over this causing it tighten down.. Get me. If anything is loose its the top part (seen in the pic) C Spanner is needed..
I see what your saying mate.. it could well be the top mount in that case, at least by process of elimination your replacing all the important parts on the motor!
Its the pedal that gets me.. Ok, so moving topmount could explain the s/wheel movement, the knock and the feeling on the floor pan, but is the pedal actually moving (depressing I would assume), or do you think its actually the knocking transfering down the pedal, if you get what I mean?
I'm guessing maybe something inside the sensor box on the pedal is catching.. Physically using your foot to press up on it says to me this is the case.. Spring has failed etc..
Have a good look, but tbh maybe time for a new pedal?
