Fred, am I deluded or can you just get a new bearing pressed in?? discs werent done that long ago.

im pretty sure you can just get a new bearing pressed in for about £50 if you dont need new discs / pads at the same time. mines on its way out, so will be going down this route. Discs are fine.

yeh making it stiffer does make a noticeable difference. i love mine.

snow foams a product not an item so not sure what your on about? do you mean a pressure washer with a foam lance that produces the foam? i think there good (i have one) but it doesnt clean the car to spotless. it just gets rid of the top layer of crap. i did mine yesterday in between showers...

disc not being attached to hub is no biggie, will be when you put the studs in the wheels. not sure about the rod end though....

i think ive got mine, its pretty easy to refit / remove. just need to whip the wheel arch lining out. it was a while since i took mine off, but it was pretty straight forward i think. you might even have yours still fitted, as its not that common knowledge for people to take them off and it also...

front left wheel arch pretty much mate, behind the liner.
