loads of people on here have said they are cheap. im 20 years of age and they just quoted me 9 - YES £9,000 a year to insure my 172 Sport someone on here has said they are 19, have their own insurance and insure a 172 Sport for £1,800. is this true?

im 20 and theres only one company that would insure me, but i had to go on my mums policy it costs £3,600 a year :@

i think the actual specs are: 0-60mph - 5.2secs top speed - 160mph not too sure about the torque but they are prone to spinning in the wet due to being RWD the clio has been rated in all the top mags as one of the best hot hatches around but i think i just want something i can afford...

im looking for a second car and im thinking of the MR2 turbo since it has many great reviews on the internet. has anyone on here driven both? how does it compare to the 172? and which is the better drivers car?
