NTL are always having routing problems, it's what they get for trying to expand too quickly and offer higher bandwith packages before they are ready to support them i'm affraid.
If in doubt, try doing some trace routes via the command prompt.
Haven't heard of it but i guess its possible seeming as though the multiplier is unlocked on prescott cores and standard chips will do a fair bit over their standard rating. e.g. my 3.2 is at 4.2 ghz, thats with water cooling though.

If you are talking about turbo'ing the E7 energy engine it has been discussed to death and it seems the disadvantages outweighed the advantages. R5GTT ex manifold wont fit it.
Better to just drop a valver or willy lump in there because the power will be a far bit better than a turbo E7 anyway.

To be fair i personally think certain HID lights are excessively bright for road use. I have many a time been blinded from looking in my rear view mirror to see an approaching car with HID's. Yet other manufacturers setups are fine to look at.

Never had any problems using a non-renault top mount. Gearbox mount needs to be renault tho iirc cos i couldn't find one in the factors.
Top mount from eurocarparts is £30.
you should use your own shafts because the willy ones are longer and require usings willy wishbones. Not to mention if will be a nightmare finding a willy box in decent condition.
as lunner says you can't get the dials to work without installing pressure and temp senders into a oil filter sandwich plate. Then wiring them into the dash requires you to understand the wiring of how the dials work. You can do this by reading a haynes and you will discover it will not be easy...
