Maybe this? Karcher K2 - If you get it at Homebase this bank holiday weekend there is some kind of discount, 15% or 20% not sure. They had a Nilfisk on the website aswell, for £100 but lots of attachments. Can often find Nilfisk cheap on Amazon etc though.

I think to really catch people out, I'd go for a Honda Jazz complete with christian fish sticker on the back, red paint, swirled as much as possible. Maybe even rock a curly grey wig in the glove box to wear. Back seats out, then pop in the engine from a Carrera GT or similar. Not quite sure...
