The bar itself isnt bent and where it bolts on each side looks fine too. Basically if you open your bonnet, look straight down between the radiator and the engine. You'll see a bar which runs from one side of the car to the other at the very bottom. The engine has a mount attached to this...

Does anyone know if the front crossmember which the engine attaches to should sit slightly squint - or should it be straight? Looking at my car the bar seems to sit slighty further forward at the gearbox side than the engine side? It this right?
