Great thread BTW - that video and some of the explanations are a great help. I have just started messing around with left-foot braking. Was nervous to start off with but now getting used to gently pressing the brake with my left foot. Now all I have to do is apply...
Was obvious he would miss... once you're on the grass it's much easier to spin it the other way! :)
One thing though... why was not the full circuit open?
Spooky - I have just tried to replace the rear discs on my 172.
Got the discs from Euro Car Parts, but these don't come with an ABS ring either. Tried using the one fron the old discs, but it just falls off!
Why 3 birds? Do the Renault ones come with the bearing as well? :)
As for MPG, I get around 34mpg with 97RON and 36mpg with 99RON in the 172.
Not sure what I got in the Williams. Stardard engine except for Green induction kit and Devil exhaust. Probably under 30mpg with 97RON - a lot less than the 172, that's for sure! :)
