I watched a couple of vids on Autobahn the other day.
Harrys Garage had in old Lambo Countach and was doing 150 mph. Poster car of the 80's.
Then AutoTopNL had a a mapped 340i touring doing +180 mph. (Then a Stage 2 G80 M3 CS doing +200)
What a world we live in when speed so accessible.
The...
Yes. You make up a solution of it.
Only last a short amount of time.
Just intrested to see how long. But the untreated ones lasting longer than expected. Maybe a slight oil residue? Maybe should have cleaned first.
Well I went to a fair & got a garden ornament. At the stall she called it 'ready to rust'
So to help my 14 year old daughter I had a little experiment.
I dipped one bird in salt Solution (3%) and painted Bilt Hamber Atom Mac on the other.
After 1 Day.
After 6 Days. Dry But overnight...
Leggy Cossie just sold on Collecting Cars for £21K + Fees. Seems pretty sensible money.

Seen a few yellow spec-c hatches advertised. Do look good.
Good to have a non-UK colour too.
Very limited market though as you say whole market dropped.
I guess still at the phase where the cheaper ones get ragged and crashed and the cream starts to separate out.
Maybe need another 5 years to get there.
We sold our STI Widetrack a couple of years back £4k up over 7 years. Some of that was Covid inflation but I think without that prob held...
Not the JDM stuff.
Mega trick twin scrolls & diff with super tweeking of suspension.
This would be where my money would go for a saloon or the aforementioned R205 as hatch. JDM to skip 15 years of UK rust.

2.5 was supposed to be a pain. Dont think any were stronger.
12k one be fine especially if stays low miles and higher miles one just had rebuild.
Somewhere in the middle not so good.
Much as I loved Cossie tag the R205 JDM be better car. More Revvy and less laggy with a remap getting you...
Thread reboot.
I looked at a couple of these 10 years ago. Still have a soft spot combined with 2.5l chocolate engine fear. Clearly stuff like latest RS3 or AMG A43S have optimised the genre these days.
Anyway 2 have appeared for sale.
1. Leggy one on collecting cars with Engine rebuild. Not...
Prop just need new washer jets.
Just did one on MX5 earlier this year. Bit of a pain as windscreen scuttle needed removed.
I think there is some kind of valve in the jets that can get gunked up.
Cracking Harrys Garage with an old 964 RS.
Great to hear a first hand drive as were always much talked about back in 90's but pre Internet so never seen a video.
Watched Calvins Car diary the other night. He was letting Arthur (now 82) back in his 600 bhp Golf R.
He did nor seem to know how to work the key or handbrake. Not sure if this was real or for effect.
If real fair enough as he is 82. But in that case not sure I would want him driving me on the...
Just back from Hols. In my extensive pic taking snapped a few of locals.
The bumper thing on Mazda was weird but I saw a few. Not really a boot guard fold out. Imagine it scratches pretty bad.
Prime (Free on Trial already cancelled renewal)
Pret Coffee Subscription £30 a month. Got 1 month as off in School hols. Was always gonna cancel after month. But Pret pulling plug on it anyway in Sept. Cold Drinks are Mad. How anyone paying £4 for bit of Icey fruit juice. Very Variable in...
One just went for £38k on collecting cars with 32k and recent £3.5k bill.
We had a run of yellow ultra low miles cars going for I think up to £90k a year or so back.
