Hello all Just fitted my sony M1000 Headunit and what an ordeal!!! There is just no space behind the dash for the extra wiring!!!! Hope it never has to come back out!!

Just got round to putting my 10 disk changer in as upgraded standard headunit.... What a good job that the 172 already had the six disk changer in as was able to use same cradle to allow it to go under drivers seat Cool as!!

What they like to change? dont look that easy to get at like apart from top one like!

To check engine mounts pop bonnet and try pulling away with handbrake on.. Dont drive just keep enough revs on to rock engine back and forward... If someone watches with ya bonnet open they should be able to tell if any excess movement or dodgy noises!

Sorted the prob... Just disconnected battery earth for about half hour and all is fine... apparently after speaking to dealer this is common after jump starting another car... If anyone does this in future recommend disconnecting earth from batter and just using battery to jump!!!

It has only happened since jump starting mates car... I dont think it is a sensor as would be a big coincidence.. Is there no way to reset this unless take it to a dealers? Just dont fancy paying money if can be resolved myself... What about disconnecting battery?
