WIth the my old janspeed exhaust back on with the ktec sports cat,i had to do a bit of a diy mod with a reducer section for it to join up with the cat.Being the cat is 2.5 dia and janspeed is 2.25.This was just a temp solution until i took it to a exhaust fab shop,which happened last saturday...

I feel pretty much the same as you mate,i'am in the process of possibly getting a set of TD's and painting them in the same silver as before,then sell the evos.

Thanks,im not great at doing the most detail of thread,But get the idea of it. Vapour blasting and powder coat is a good way,but i just done it at home.Cleaned it down with degreaser etc then some work with wire brush/wheel.Then just used a VHT spray paint @Matthew_

Do you know what dia size of your exhaust is?. I know mine is a 182 but i have just gone from a 2.5inch dia to 2.25inch pipe for this reason.2.25inch sounds much better more of a nice rasp and not boomey like the 2.5inch was.

Would there be much interest for a meet up at one of the Caffeine and Machines?.thinking Bedford one or the main one in Stratford upon avon.Will be on a Sunday,not sure what month yet.Not july as thats CSF Will say meet time for 0930/1000 Done a little pole also
