coilovers are the whole unit eg spring & damper combined - superb handling ,can go very low (adjustable) ,but not cheap dampers are the shockies as above coilovers will get u low but springs do also as a cheaper alternative ,depends how low u want to go & how much mullah u want to spend...

i would use Elf Excellium 5w40 fully synthetic . can't help on plugs & leads . as for springs ,lowest i would go on standard shockies is 40mm which Apex do ,just remember the ride will be a lot harsher ,sometimes good to compromise .
