thanks!
i dont know why, but i don think this is immobilliser related - it only happens in the morning on the first start of the day when the weather is so-so. I think its an enrichment issue that might be related to that cold start hesitancy some of us have.
g
if its very cold in the morning, the clio starts up fine.
if its very warm, it starts fine.
but if its just so-so, it doesnt fire on the first turn of the key (in the morning). i guess that its not too sure whether it should be fully enriched (as per a cold day) or only partially?
Also...
Ill hit 32 this year and I couldnt care less. Oddly though, when I hit 25, it was the most depressing moment of my life. Maybe I was having my 30s blues five years early?

id rather pay a bit more and have them fit properly - I dont want to chip the paint again, or try and force the unit home when it should just clip in nicely.
g
so, my options are:
1) get them from a breakers.
2) buy new, but trim them
3) pay reno £39999.00
is it asking to much to have new ones that simply fit on?
g
where can i buy proper clear side repeaters? I bought some cack from halfords they said they were for the Clio mk2, but the housing at the back was different to mine so they didnt fit. I had to take them back.
I want the right ones - anyone tell me where I can get them please?
thx,
g
ok, on the front seat belt clamp, on the drivers side theres two wires (one is the attachement to the floor). On the passenger side is just the attachement to the floor. so what is that 2nd wire on the drivers side clamp for, please?
g
that is quite nice. I havent bought any treats for the puppy apart from oil and tyres. But i must be a member to buy, yes? Also, how does it attached to the screen? is there a rubber surround or something?
cheers,
g
thats made me think twice - I often hit ***mph on a sweeping, undulating A-road (ironically, because the Clio feels very composed and safe at that speed. But it obviously has a nasty sting in its tail).
g
lower your rear seats. remove the parcel shelf. Now go for a run. Is it more noticeable and coming from the back of the car? If so, its just the exhaust rasping away. And its lovely.

"I dont really have to chill its my car im upset about it, "
If youre upset, dont you need to chill?
"i do have it in perspective my williams is one of the most important things in my life, that may appear sad to many people but thats the way it is."
Nope, thats not sad at all. We all have...
