How do you wire this so that you dont have to wire from the battery and so it works off the standard loom and keeps the settings etc when the ignition is turned off? I know it can be done and will be installing tomoz afternoon so please help! Thanks

Well I had this from 17. Bought it brand new for £3200 iirc. Loved it to bits and had soooo much fun on it as mates had them too. Put a full DEP race pipe on it, re-jetted the carb and removed the airbox restrictor. Used to go off the clock at 80mph and surprised many of cars off the lights :)...

After all the fuckin about with the bumper bracket i have finally "highered" it a bit at the front and it now dont rub!

The alpine 9855R seems to be the best to go for? It must be able to work with the 182 stalk controller though! (does the above)?

I have cut the plastic out where it rubs with a stanley knife and bent the metal back a wee bit but still it rubs on islands if i take them a lil quick. It's only in one place so has someone done anything else to stop this? I dont think its as low as my 1.2 and that dint rub this much!

When i pull away, not all the time and its not when i pull away hard either. Sometimes can just make a funny clunk feel. Random as it dont do it all the time. Anyone else has this problem? Could it be sorted under warranty?
