Most women don't care about any car, as long as its clean and shiny. The only different is if they are into cars, which are few and far apart.
Nothing, leave it as it is. Trust me, my first car I got when I was 16 spent a year making it look nice. Colour coded the bumpers, refurbed a set of cav sri alloys, K&N intake, exhaust, had a set of leather seats waiting to go in all the usual stuff you do at that age.

The lights come on the dash, with some extra ones I.E TC, Seatbelt warning, nothing at all just a click. The battery seems fine, all lights working, the CD player will come on.
