it doesnt weaken the boot at all, you have to make the hole through one side of the boot then put the two holes on the outside and you need the hole you made on the inside in order to fit a tiny socket set through it to tighten the spoiler on, you have about an 1cm square to manouvre the socket...
its on my car, it was a b**ch to fit on, as the bolts go through the top of the boot and the top of the boot aint flat and its like a tube so you have to make a round hole on the inside so you can get access to where you would need to bolt it on. and the boot dont open properly without hitting...
it took them about 3 weeks, but then i started adding things to be done, cost me about 1500 but then ive bought all the chrome and polished bits, cam belt and tensioners, inducton kit, all servicable parts. its got low temp termostat, new water pump, fuel pump and lots of new gaskets and bits...

my mates got a civic vti k-reg, and its goes like sh*t of a shovel, tuned to about 180bhp, and as soon as the second cam kicks in at 6500 its one hell of a ride
