    ive always used a filler spreader like a credit card! heat up with a hot air gun and its east a bit of polish and its clean, then line your new one up and done!

    it was on H&R's but they need a refurb so i just bought some k tec coilovers for the time being! It hasnt been pn track but the k tec ones feel stiffer but maybe thats because there newer!
