Just saw a black 182 or 182 look a like tinted windows Alloys the lot! coming off the A1 at junction 7 into Stevenage. Young good looking blonde girl driving! Anyone from here?
Also with a sticker of Hertfordshirecruise.co.uk or something along those lines!
You have heard the CS massive, remove all the stickers and slam it! If you can afford it get the bumpers colour coded and you ill have a nice looking car.
Ps If you like the car the way it is dont change it, its your car have it the way you want it.
I have spoken to quite a few "experts" and they reckon that with forget internals, etc, etc the F4R will be able to produce well over 600hp. So if you invest the money there is no reason you cant get big power and reliability from the 225 engine.
Ok I have made my mind anyone need a 225 engine? Im going to speak to my garage guy and find out how much to do it!
Matt how easy does the engine fit in and what gearbox to use? Cheers
Those guys are complete w@nkers when it comes to knowing the difference between a car with a 6ft spoiler and a and a straight through exhaust made out of a scaffolding pipe and a well thought out modded car.
I bet they all drive sheds on wheels and they pick on cars like your because they cant...
That a very good argument Matt Black, I dont know what to do anymore !!!
I would ove to buy your engine and running gear and stick it in mine, would you consider that?
That a question I have often asked myself and I have spoken to a well known car builder which said that it would be quite straight forward. The weight difference between a turbo conversion engine and a 225 engine is minimal but I work out cheaper. I have a 225 engine which I bought about 3 weeks...
You should get your car remapped and with the rev limited raised you will never want to be under 5000rpm again.........
Everyone should take their rs's to at leat a track day and give it the beans.
Welcome and good choice a own a Mk1 Clio 172 just like yours same colour and everything. Make sure you take to a few track days you will love it even more.
Make sure to take good care of it.......
Free to a good home, they sent me 4 but I only needed 2 so if anyone needs 2 tickets let me know. I live in Stevenage and work in Harrow so if you want them send me a pm.
Cheers
Well done David, very impressive I will be down soon to have a look how drivable your turbo car is because I am considering your turbo conversion at the moment.
See you soon
