wen ever i lock my 182 i sometimes get a beeping noise wat does that mean? does it mean that the immobiliser hasnt worked or the alarm. how is it caused, by locking it to quick?

recently just noticed engine has started whining, you hear it more when revs are climbing down the counter wen you change the gears or just giving it tickle when sitting stationary my mates megane was doing the same he said it was the pulley bearings in the alternater belts (along that lines)...
