I was running 170bhp and 144lbft on same spec then 186bhp and 157lbft with 438's fitted. But like people say all depends on your engine.

For a subtle drop (about 30mm) and improved handling the majority go for Eibach sportlines, definitely recommend these they're about 128quid from Kam Racing. were 170quid when i bought em a few years ago so a proper bargain now :). Unless your wanting coilovers that is:cool:

Got 438 cams on mine and got it dyno'd the other day and made 186bhp with 157lbft well worth it imo. This was just over a grand with cambelt and aux also. :clap: fitted by Dan at 519 automotive btw.

I've recently had the 438's fitted by Danny, idle is smooth couldn't even tell a difference :cool: oh and there is more low end pull, but the majority of it is about 4000rpm onwards, keeps pulling from then on.
