Congratulations Hayley, that looks mint! You certainly don't hang about do you? Nice choice of colour too. :D
Edit: I think you can hire helmets for roughly £10 on a track day.
This is where you make sure you know what is and isn't covered with an extended warranty, and if you don't check that at the time then quite honestly you're being silly to yourself.
As for buying a cat D, I personally wouldn't touch one, but that's just my personal opinion. I know you can pick...
Yeah 5.5k sounds pretty reasonable I reckon. Being as it's a trader, to get it at the price you want it, you can quote list prices, and to quote a rather daft shitreon dealer who was trying to sell me a Saxo, "A car is only worth what the buyer is prepared to pay". He kind of shot himself in the...
You have to remember it's a trade car so it will obviously me marked up price wise. I have also seen 03 reg private ones selling for roughly the same price and they have been sold really quickly. If it has a full years warranty that has to be worth £200 anyway.
Those miles and that age...
It's only 3 years old though, and 30k isn't high mileage on a 3 year old car, plus it does come with some warranty as well. Like I said, there is always room for haggling too. ;)
Has to be worth a test drive I reckon.
Oh and, does the air con really matter? I have air con but have only used...
That looks rather nice. Good mileage, full MOT and service history. The 1.6 seems to be holding it's price at the moment, but just because it's a trade car it doesn't mean you have to pay what they are asking you know. There is always room for haggling. I only paid full price for mine from new...
Mines an 03 reg and is a group 8. I can honestly say I haven't had the problem with it not starting after giving the wheel arches a good hose down. As for fun factor, I find mine is lots of fun and I really don't have to thrash it to get it to shift either. I don't think you'll be disapointed if...
I have a 1.6 Dymanique+.
The tax is £125 for a year.
She does roughly 30-35 mpg Urban and roughly 40-45 long runs (depending on how hard you right foot is).
I'm on 16" wheels and can't remember what the standard 15" Contis were. My tyres are Conti sports contacts and they cost me £294 for...
Yeah, looked quite nice to me as well. I can't find any more though, only the two I've found. Looks like there are plenty of 5 door ones but bugger all 3 door.
Hayley, be as fussy as you like girl. In my opinion there's no such thing as being too fussy when it comes to cars. I seriously won't settle for anything less than I am looking for, even if the colour is not quite what I am looking for I won't touch it. I totally understand where you are coming...
Awww mate, those scratches are really nasty. I realy do feel for you. I just can not understand why these mindless scum have to do such vile things. What makes it even worse is, there really isn't a decent enough punishment that you could dish out that will teach other like minded scum never to...
Sounds like an excellent idea, not that I would track my car. I would willingly come and watch and take pics of everyone though. Which track are we talking about?
Most of the time it probably is kids. What really gets to me is the fact that even if you were to catch the little f*****s and manage to restrain them whilst you call the Police, there is very little the Police can actually do if they are minors. I feel sorry for the Police in situations like...
Really sorry to hear this Mark. Little f*****s like that need teaching a damn good lesson in my opinion.
Two weeks after I got my car from new some little s**t came along and put a knuckle dent in the bonnet, and now I have another matching one the other side of the bonnet. Also a week after I...
