well, after stripping the bike down and rewiring it due to some numpty messing up the starter wiring, front speed sensor and headlight assembly. Bought a few bits for servicing etc etc the bike is on the road! Goes very well and stops amazingly well due to the 320mm disc and 4 pot caliper!

no it's the italian VOR 450cc single. one of the nicest sounding thumpers around. rare too.

try local cnc machining place. any engineering firm might do it. if you take too much off it will be okay due to the wheel nuts holding wheel in correct place(does put more strain on wheel nuts)

gaz kit from k-tec is very good

very nice. i just love the look on the noise testers faces as they try find the exhaust. don't want to cut bumper that's all. like the stock look;)

yes, 195/50/16 which is almost identical to the pe2 205/45/16 size. and they don't rub now
