c***s. They said it will cost about £500 to get a new air con fitted if its Stone chipped. And to just look at it, it will cost me £140. Wheather its stone chipped or not. Shocking.

I hope so mike, as they don't even check the aircon do they on their service. Well they probably would check that it works and thats about it.

I am hopefully going to get my aircon fixed tomorrow at Reg Vardy Middlesbrough. There is a big problem though. I am 4,000 miles over my service. My 36k service, i'm just hoping they don't say anything and they just assume its been done, if they ask i'll just say it got done by a local renault...

Took it into Mike @ Rentech and he filled it up. It lasted for about 6 hours. I took it back and he spotted a leak on the condensor. I'm taking it into the garage today to book it in to get fixed. Probably have to wait until the 3rd July to get it fixed.
