round here, the councils contract in the work, and the the contractor will end up paying for it, so take those pictures and write a strong letter, make sure you keep copys and chase it every week!

Did you know that if you burn/torch a speed camera that is part of a partnership, that its YOUR taxes that will pay for the replacement
the funding for the actual camera housing comes from local councils or the highways agency...
what you will find is that the prosecuting county will have dated photos of the start and finish of the temporary speed limit, they SHOULD also be able to produce a bit of traffic legislation for the commisioning of the road works, so you may have to suffer the points.

I spoke to a traffic cop at the garage and he said that if the wheel sits inside the arch, when you have a full load and you go over a bump and the wheel catches the lip of the arch and snags the wheel, if your tyres have/had evidence that they had been snagged ie the arch cut into the rubber...

I was gonna say that you should have bought a panel filter K+N or Green and got hold of another standard airbox and cut big...
mine was lowered, but i undid the main join and then just levered the rubbers off! I snapped two cat bolts too! I no longer have a 12mm ratchet, but its on now !
