When sanding to paint bullets (2.0) what grade paper do i need to go down to? I assume i don't need to get all the silver off, just give it a key. I've done them with 240, 400, 800, is that too fine as they seem really smooth?

Maybe not but are we to assume the front/rear split was randomly chosen and on no consequence? Surely upgrading front brakes only is going to increase the% of work done up front, so now (numbers for arguments sake) instead of 80/20 maybe you've got 90/10. speaking from no experience it seems...

Exhaust looks ok, wants the surround from a 182 to finish it off. Not sure about the orange diamond/ red calipers, nor the mis-matched tyres!

Go 172. I've had my (cup packed) 182 2 years now and love it but i'm seriously envious of the suspension options available to everyone else. and the twin exhausts feel a little chavvy now. and a 172 cup has turinis (baa).

Mine sometimes beeps 3 times, i also take this to be the cabin pressure sensor. Only happens if i lock as soon as i close the door so i've got in the habit of waiting a couple of seconds before blipping. Also got my gf in the same habit when getting in as she often set the alarm off opening...
