As said, start in the middle and work your way around I found it alot easier to drill pilot holes with a very small drill bit 1st

When you put your fut on the accelerator it makes a 'shhh' noise, lasts for about half a seccond then stops. Happens everytime you take your fut off, then put it back on the accelerator. Thought it was the air filter at first, but put the standard airbox back on and it's still happening. sounds...

Not all of the time mate. Im pretty sure the amp isn't going to be 300 watts RMS. According to the user manual the subs 'minimum input' is 150 watts RMS, so it's more than likely going to be around that.
