Getting my car seviced just wondering which is the best oil to put in? my car is abit tuned, head work etc.....

How much you recon i could sell it for?? got it on ebay at the mo £50 starting price 1hr left, should i let it go for this or is it woth abit more?? it is mint condition!

Went to the NEC on sat so fri ngt thought i'd give it a wash, clay, wax and clean out. Did it round at my mates work big indoor garage with heaters :D and a diesel powered heated pressure washer......lush! He's not using his jumper to polish the car lol!!! And then it got compleatly...
