They do look a bit different. My old mans old M3 (E46 Cabrio) had the M badge embossed in the headrests i believe. Also the leather looks a bit shiny. Im pretty sure any M3 I've been in had more of a matte finish to them
After sticking with it im enjoying it.
As for the drifting then the E36 M3 is the only real option. Don't know what its like with a controller but if anyone is playing this on PC then turn the Logitech settings (G25) to 200 degrees and its a piece of piss. Really fun.
It is odd actually. The career mode seems pretty addictive actually. You get to drive a pretty big range of cars in the first 15 races or so which is nice.
Also the Nurburgring is pretty realistic compared to alot of other games. Seems to convey the hills and bumpyness of the circuit pretty well.
GTR Evo is good for road cars / touring cars
rFactor is good for open wheel stuff as long as you get the right mods
NoGripRacing and rFactorCentral are good places for mods and skins for both games.
and as AndyRS says, G25 is a must!
Although I would pay a rather large amount of...
The game recommended "Experienced" which is ABS, Stability and TC. I turned stability off and TC to low and then changed the opponent level to High.
The BMW 135 with a body kit looks awesome though :D
Id be tempted to go back to XP with that PC. Vista isn't particularly good for games at the best of times.
Also you probably don't want to hear this but it may be worth saving the money and waiting till you can upgrade the whole lot if your wanting to play recent games
Go to contact, tap edit, tap on the number, hold your finger on the number until magnifying glass thing happens, click select all, tap copy and then paste into a text.
or use a bit of paper and a pen.
Just installed it and I gotta agree with it feeling a bit "clunky". Just feels odd when compared to GTR Evolution etc.
They seem to have complicated the graphics a little too much and tried to make it appeal to console gamers. Other than that its ok once you get used to how the cars handle...

So what do we think this will mean :S
Not being told anything at store level so far (not really surprised though). Its all just bits we read in magazines, papers and obviously the internet. All we know in-store is that they are trying to cut costs like theres no tomorrow.
Whats the SMC Mike? :o
I work in the Worcester store. You store or head office based?
50%? Wowzers. It was really apparent when they had a head office cull. Things just didn't get done. We had to wait like 2 or 3 weeks for a set of KPI's to come down to store. Can only think that the poor guy that sent them everyday...
I work at T-Mob too :)
Its a bit worrying really although it would be odd to employ a brand new MD and then just sell the company on.
The rumours have been round for a good few months now and so far its all just speculation. Then you have the problem of getting it through Ofcom if it does...
That guide is for the old version.

Might also be worth buying CustomPC magazine as in the middle of the mag theres a list of 3 different PC's that you can build with all the parts listed aswell as prices.
Its also worth changing the standard CPU cooler to something like Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro...
