Thanks to Mat for organising the day. The discussion on how they ran the cars will continue for many a day. Should have put it on again Mat and called their bluff.
Jennifer...you must have liked my car as you have 3 pictures of it...nice choice, so you like silver too!!;) Oh no not another...
Roamer...stop talking these Cups into having remaps...they seem to produce strong results without any mods....well get left behind :(.
...unless the turbo conversion is close;)
Just because you took it else where doesnt mean you forefiet your warranty. As long as OE parts were fitted and you can back it up with invoices you should be OK.
Check with Trading Standards.
I have noticed that all the components in the engine bay have a coloured spot on them. They are all blue, except on my engine...its green.
Has anyone else got a green spot on the engine?? was wondering what they all meant. Mine is an import and wondered if the colours are different for...
Just had to have mine drilled off today...£35!! and a knacked alloy. I was pleased they got it off as the garage that had been trying to get it off before....for 2 days!!...said I would need to replace the alloy and disc and hub :( due to being hardened metal used in the bolts. Tried many...
12,000 or 2years...which ever comes up first. It would be worthwhile getting an oil change though. If you do it yourself make sure you fit a pukka Renault oil filter.
As I said the garage doing it has had the car for the last 2 days and has worn out numerous drills. They even tried removing the hub and going in from the behind. I think im in big trouble....could mean replacing the wheel!!
Help!!!!!!!
I have got a broken wheel bolt. They are the allen key type bolts, the ones that are for my alloys....ACE 197s. It has been in the garage for the last 2 days being drilled, ground and allsorts but no good.
Has anyone got any ideas or where I could take it....considering I live...

Also who are the ones in Milton Keynes?? cannot remember their names.
Thanks all
Ditto Roamer.....mine was doing 20mpg and running lean at mid point and very rich @wot. Hope Wilcox can check the Co2 for you.
Nice hose...like you say shame its not blue but still looks cool. The red ends on the Viper are only glued on so could be stripped and repainted
Is that an...
John... I am just ering on the side of caution.
You dont need a trapeeze artist to sit on your bonnet just try 7K stationary and watch it suck the sparrows out the sky!!! LOL!
With regards to the grill just make a big washer thats the same size as the intake. Cut your hole in the grill...
:@ I had a wheel bolt head snap on me when I fitted my 17s...they are the allen key type...so had it in today to have the bolt drilled out. Well they f**ked the alloy. Scratched it all around the bolt hole and on the face. Havent had a chance to see them yet to find out what theyre going to do...

Your system has the cold air feed pipe just pointing at the cone so the filter is not actually sucking through it, but cold air will be aimed at it when you are rolling so you shouldnt have any problems. However the Viper is sealed all the way through to the intake making it act like a...
If you remove the crap guard from the wheel well you will see the actuator tube. I removed the bolt holding the tube and turned it upside down and tie wrapped it well out of the way inside the wing...sorted, loadsa room. It ties back easier upside down with it still connected.
Ive got my...
Be careful of where it comes from as I think Belgium ones are restricted to 16?bhp. If you go somewhere like Motorpoint you can see the one you are buying before you lay any money out.
