PS3 is a known issue with the latest firmware of the Netgear. (If it's a DG834G).
You have to downgrade it (or upgrade it if there's a fix now, but there wasn't when I did it last), for the PS3 to work..
Surely if you own a computer shop, checking the Netgear site for known issues would be...
My experience has always been pretty poor with VM's of any nature..
Dunno why, but they just never seem to perform?
Physical hardware FTW TBQFH.
I think if I had a proper infrastructure, with SAN etc, it may be different..
So, if you do go down that route, really invest in the infrastructure!
LOADS of people wanted a 13.3" MBP.. in the same style as the 15"/17".
I sold my MBP 15" because it was too big. I bought a Dell D420.
The end.
The MBP is a superb looking machine.. and awesome. Just a shame they think they know best.
Ahwell.
Well, I'd trust the terms and conditions which say £15 per GB over.

If they don't do it, they could at any point.. and at 32GB...
Not a chance.
Got a link? There *will* be small print.
I think the only semi-unlimited data tariff is O2 on the iPhone, but even then, it's "reasonable" use if I remember.
If it was £25 truely unlimited, everyone would get it. They usually fair limit you to 3GB or similar a month.
(Edit...
You need to get multiroom, if you want to use another Sky box.
If you don't.. just get a video sender from the main box.
You've wasted your money getting a new LNB etc if you don't wanna pay £10 ;)
The sticker which on the front of a new box, and from speaking to Sky directly after things not working suggest you are NOT supposed to let the engineer leave without everything working. So either they're blowing smoke up our ass and trying to pass blame, or you're not reading the same install...
I phoned Sky because the engineer didn't get HD/Premium Channels working on the new box, and the bloke did it whilst I was on the phone - took 4/5 seconds from him enabling it.
The engineer used the excuse of 4 hours, but he obviously wanted to leg it quickly.
It's OK.
It can cause the odd problem from time to time.. but the support at Sophos will always get it fixed.
We have deployed it probably to thousands of PCs and hundreds of servers, and does seem to work well.. good from the manangement side, too.
But, I've found if it starts giving you...
The contention (how many VPSs per server) is important.
Overall specification of server, and also what allowance you have.
I've seen hosts offer all sorts of nonsense.
£5 a month for similar through Sky Talk - and then you also get free call up to an hour international (including America). AND, you don't have to put up with Skype :p
