Yes, RS 197 is very popular (official start of sales - June 2008). You can see some here http://www.drive2.ru/cars/renault/clio_sport RS 172 wasn't so popular (start only in 2002, close sales in 2004).No 182 were official sold in Russia... And I know only 4-5 Clio V6 ...
