Ive got that new Bt home hub thing, how do i get my line stats?

should i be ringing Bt to tell them there is a fault?

yea, its so annoying arghhhh, it so slow, it takes about 2 mins to refresh a page and it wont open half off the pages.

my broadband seems slow and keeps going off and on is this slow , just done a speed test and it said this The speed test has completed on test server speedtester1.nat.bt.com for user................. and you have downloaded a 1.7Mb file at a speed of 45 kilo bits...
