Front end looks good! Love the wheels too :) In my opinion i'd ditch the tints, bit of an overkill on black :\ looks alot cleaner without them. Not keen on the back box either, Maybe get a K-tec stealth? Just my opinon though.

I personally think you should keep the Ph1 bumper, and get a cup spoiler :P With the ph2 lights, it will look great IMO!
