You may be able to just 'shove' them in, but then you have to think about wiring, switches? safety devices if the overheat.... i may just be too paranoid but id be pretty sure thy could over heat...

if you just want them for lows and not performance a lot of people with sports go for KTEC coilovers, ive heard the gaz once are rubbish but not to sure on that but you will have to ask someone with a sport mate, im sure someone will pop up soon and tell you which is the best

theres loads of cars on the forum with coilovers and there are loads of different variety's of them, look around on here to see which ones would best suit you
do you know either garages? if so you will know if they are reliable? just ask around see if anyone has been to eiither and then you will get a picture of which one is best, a higher price doesnt always mean better
