This has been a feature for ages! Just open up loads of tabs and then select 'Use Current' in the home page bit in the options menu. Job done! :)

If you don't want much hassle then a set of co-axials in the doors will give you a bit better sound over standard. Ideally you'd have a set of components running off an amp, but its a lot of pissing about.
