Yep, any MIL on the dash is now an MOT fail, or at least will be. I am not sure when those changes came/come into force though.

Was going to say exactly the same, always try and watch the pedal/foot action on these type of vids if possible. Nice mix of left foot braking, and heel-toe. Were the other cars on out/in laps, or is that the speed difference between front of grid and the back?

If you cant find anything, you could always ring them and ask about a timing belt change, what they change etc. Depending on the answer it could give you some idea.
