You can get a convertor like, there about 10quid from halfords, you connect your speaker wires to the convertor then the RSA (not sure of cable name, its the big fat blue one that connects to the amp) we did this in my m8s mini as it was silly money for a convertor from Beemer. Ive tried it in...

Then no its not easy at all... if its the whole car its supposed to be done in a sealed enviroment and your gunna need expensive gear + alot of primer/paint/laqure
Just asked the Valet lads at work n they reckon a aggressive polish and or machine polisher would probably get it off... asked a mechanic n he recommended paint stripper..... I love my job!

Cleaned my car on the weekend, it was the first time i really got down and polished it properly (usually just used hose/jetwash!) But while cleaning I noticed that I've got a dark green mark on my o/s/r arch (Almost perfectly matching the dark green mondeo over the road from me......)
