passenger seat on me car(mk2 172) has stopped tilting forward ,the catch on the back of the seat moves but just isnt releasing to tilt ,anyone ever had this happen to them before & if so what was the result ?? i reckon this thing has been tilted about 20 times max since i have had it from new :@

u need to buy a steering wheel interface m8 ,dunno if they do em for panasonics tho ,if you can ,its a dash off job tho i think .

new one has to be put on with a rubber mallet ,u dont cut the top of the gear stick ,u cut the top of the gear knob to the top of the shaft if im correct .

Ok guys ,thanks for your help ! RB_172 is right (on my Alpine HU anyways) ,i can skip tracks only one way with the button on the bottom of the stalk . Looks like Alpine could have done better tho ,there are 2 buttons on the top of the stalk ,one lets u change between Tuner & CD ,the other...

Has anybody fitted an Alpine HU along with the stalk controls adapter ?? I have fitted mine ,i can adjust the volume via the stalk but cant seem to scroll through tracks on the CD ,however i can scroll through the radio channels when using the tuner ,anyone know if this is right ??

am guessing u didnt pay by credit card ? i always use mine for stuff on the net ,that way if u hit problems ,u can call your credit card company & put it into dispute . hope u get it sorted .
