428s and remap here.. and the difference is noticable enough...less power lower down but it's all part of the fun. pulls like an animal now. I hate to think what ITBS + cams on an aftermarket ECU feels like
looks good mate (or did lol) Thats how mine sits now, theres no way i'd be able to go anywhere with it..not that i'm fussed like. Coilovers are mucho worth it!
They do suit RB really well...I like the raw feel of my phase 1 very much though - not sure if i'd settle into the 200 without missing that.
Great looking car - gimmi the seats :)
lmao - what the hell posessed you to check on a car you didn't even know? That site sometimes lags behind weeks sometimes months with certain companies. Doesn't suprise me though
A new dogbone mount is substantially cheaper than having your syncro repaired though. My bearings were knackered anyway when I had my box done, but even after it was refurbished 3rd gear was crunching on the odd occassion till I changed the dogbone.
:dapprove:
I'd suggest the k-tec group N mounts. It could be related as has been said, my box used to crunch in 3rd, and although it has been rebuilt it still used to do it from time to time.. until I changed the dog bone mount :)
The centre pipe catches on mine too, although mine doesn't hang that low. Try twisting the backbox round. My rear mount was completely rusted to the point it had snapped around the bolt - so I replaced it. Here is how it sits now.
