Oh I've just remembered fUbAr's guide for door card removal. its really good and would have saved me typing all that out lol!

yeah just as easy, change them in about 5 mins.
pull off the plastic strip up the side of the window, then pull off the triangle plastic bit at the mirror (might need a screwdriver behind it).
then undo the door handle with the larger torx bit. then the door card inserts with a smaller...
yeah theres a few of us done it now. I jacked it up a bit and sent my mate under there as I'm not into all that dirty mechanics stuff lol.
John should see this and post his guide there cos, easier to see how to get everything out with that. are you getting the new door cards too?

oh yeah I didnt tell you peeps, on thursday I got called for a customer service report because of my abusive call on the tuesday evening opps! lol
it might be twisted. Id remove undo all the bolts on the seat (they bolt from under the car, 2 bolts are cover by rubber bungs) and then tighten it back down.
