    Well after speaking to my mate who owns TWS, it seems the legal s**t you have to do (and the cost) to have the acid stipping on site is a nightmare baking the wheels to 500deg is just bloody stupid!

    as i said, bin the washers, they're useless, you'll notice the triangle on the head of the camber bolt points to the peak of the cam lobe, use a 15mm spanner and use it as your guide so that the triangle on the head of the bolt points in the same direction on BOTH sides of the car WITH the 15mm...

    yeah no chance the wheel would ever get that hot, but the centre of the wheel/the wheel itself is a heat sink for the brakes i doubt any powdercoater would bake them to get the old s**t off, A - it would stink and B - it would make a right mess!

    sounds like you NEED some camber, -2.00 to -2.30 (2.5 in english) should sort you, maybe lower the front pressure slightly too

    £180 i think for a Kalrius (non genuine) item, but they're quite good quality wise, they actually fit! genuine is about £300

    doubt its heat related, how hot do the discs get touching the wheel? 700+deg? powdercoating is done at around 190deg

    that difference is actually nothing, 1 degree = 60min you have 0.23 (so just over 1/3rd of 1 degree) on one side and 0.39 (just under 2/3rds of 1 degree) on the other, that's FRACTIONS that won't wake a difference what tyre pressue?

    it just pushes back in/on, no need to cut anything (you will have to remove the shaft from the car to do it)
