i found there's no rhyme or reason to a lot of the quotes. For the price that Direct Line, More than and Adrian Flux were quoting i insured my 182 declaring turinis, recaros etc and my mrs 57 plate astra twintop for 8 quid more with admiral on a multicar policy, and thats for two cars!!... £462...

Yep man speaks sence, my old 172 cup was one of first to be fitted with 182 Mani quite a few years ago, was an absolute ass to fit, and gains were not massive. Better bang for buck with inlets unless going for big na power

Hi mate sorry to hear of the probs, sounds like a lot if money you paid for the car mate! Did you not give it a thorough check?? Tyres etc are basics and surely you looked through the history? I think the problems with the tyres will deffo have to be sorted by the garage but you bought the car...
