hi ive got a dynamique 1.2 16v on a 51 plate, its just done 41,000 should i be having the cambelt changed?? id there anything else that should be changed at this mileage?

recently i stuck a 16v badge on the back of my clio, but now i want to remove it, but the doubled sided tape and the out live of 16v seems to be staying stuck on the boot , any ideas how i can get it off????
