Obvious replacement is the MRVF340 (4x100W) but thats 220notes from Bass Junkies...

My old Alpine MRV307 (iirc) is going a bit pete tong, so need a replacement..... That was 4x90W so looking at ones with about 4x100W. Any suggestions?

195/50/15s are fine Its what most people with valvers buy as there is hardly any noticable difference, and they are much cheaper. I preffered the handling on the 195s over the 185s but some dont. You probably wouldnt be able to tell anyway......

My brother had a pretty quick GTT (150ish bhp but over 170lb/ft of torque) Always beat me when mine once standard, but it would have beaten my valver even now (est 160bhp) Having driven both, the acceleration on the 5ive was definately quicker but started to loose breath at about 120mph...

About 280-320miles is normal, which doesnt include much motorway driving, and includes quite a bit of right foot action lol! Can get about 40mpg on a decent run.

How much did u get in when you filled up then? My Valver is a 50litre tank and I regularly get 45-48litres in......

This is a two month old car, so I doubt there is loads of cr*p at the bottom of the tank. This mightve been the case ten years ago but not nowadays.....

Went to fill up my g/fs 54 1.2 16v last night as she said the light had been on for two days. Display had no bars on it, and the mileage left was ---- I filled it right to the brim and still only managed 42.66litres. How far can everyone go with the light on?
