I have to renew my insurance this week, my clio dynamique is insured on the standard 15" alloys but i have replaced them with 172 16" alloys, do i really need to declare them as they are still renault????

Bought some 172 mk2 wheels and had them fitted onto my 1.2 16v, the people who fitted them said they werent rubbing atall but were close to the suspension arms and that i might need spacers.
I have had the car lowered 35mm on Pi srpings and it still doesnt seem to rub but i have read in lots...
Just sayin hi to everyone, been lokking on the site and posting a few messages but just introducing myself.
The name is anthony and im from Newport in S.wales, heres a pic of my 1.2 dynamique, has peco exhaust, k&n, colour coding, MS design kit, sub and a few other mods, its soon to be lowered...
I was just wondering the view on their standard handling without anything uprated, i think they feel like a boat and are really soft but after reading other posts it seems people like them in comparision to other similar spec cars???
thanks
Ordered a white dial kit for my mk2 1.2 16v, and am unsure how to remove the old dials, how do i even get to them??
