It was probably removed as they rattle like f**k. I've considered heatwrapping mine or sticking a tube full of tigerseal on the back and re-bolting it up. Wrapping may be a batter option mate as you really don't want the rattle i've got at the minute!

Dan you've worked in these mainstream companies. Whats the majority of the iTB costs go towards? Is it more Research and development, Engine management or the actual iTBs themselves?

Washer wise is more like 14-16mm or something around that size I think. I was given the wrong size by GSF and had to re-use my old one. Hasn't leaked however.
