Removed them and the SERV & Airbag lights came on. Stuck resistors in and they didn't go off. Dropped it off for testing anyway but if it fails I'll have to get my RS Tuner back and reset the lights.

You can get matching silver carbon fibre effect vinyl, if not id go either silver or BG. Have considered silver for mine a few times

You need data logs for a decent map from the rs tuner and can take several attempts and data logs to get it running right.

I paid £30 but obviously it depends on the garage, I was a regular customer. As said most people swap the entire shaft but I've had no issues with my replacement gaitor

Just seen this on Wheeler Dealers. Basically does the same as the bottles of Redex but more thoroughly and can half CO and HC. Anyone had this done or work at a place that does it?

All fixed, turned out to be the fan fuse which I didn't check because I assumed it was for the radiator fan. Thanks for your help lads!

So if the lights still illuminate its more likely to be a fuse? I haven't managed to find a blown fuse yet but saying that I've been pretty busy so haven't had a really thorough look. Any suggestions on fuses to check?
