Went to go up to uni this morning to do some work, was admiring how nice and shiney my car looked, as i got round to the drivers side i noticed a big brown mark on it, which looked like chocolate, as i got closer i noticed some scratches and then to my horror a foot long crack along the rear...
lol :) My mate has a cherry bomb on his mini, its the loudest thing known to man. Wouldnt put one on a clio though. If you want a custom backbox type thingy look at rage exhausts :)
When i lowered my cinqy, it lowered a really tiny bit (35mm springs) and then over the next 500 miles it sorted itself and looked much lower, therefore they do need a settling in period. Also after 500miles check all the bolts are tight etc, just to be on the safe side :)
Hmmm well i may well stick with my current from bumper vent air feel directly to the air box, and then maybe get a performance element. Thanks for your advice peeps :)
I used to have an uno turbo which was completely standard and i am sure that it was soooo much quicker than my valver, once my turbo kicked in that car was untouchable. Not sure if this is my tainted view on events, but thats what i think, thos 1.4 turbo units are quick.

Theres nothing wrong with novas if they are tastefully done + that you dont wear a white baseball cap whilst driving them, or feel the urge for a motorsport sunstrip ;)
We are looking at getting 2.0 l 16v from the cavalier cos the insurance group on that is only 14 as opposed to the same engine out the calibra thats a group 17. Looking to pick one up from ashford motor spares for about 250 once we have sourced a good shell to do the conversion on. And then buy...
