I recently used some Meguiers Swirl X worked on my car.

As it was pay day yesterday decided i should really spend some time giving my car a good going over. Plus the sun was out :). The car was covered in swirls from the previous owner and probably me as well so looked around on here and got some tips and gave it a go but wasn't able to afford high...

If you want to take the one's off which are just glued on use an old credit card or something similar and a small thin cloth and push the badges off very carefully push them off if that makes sense to you. Then get the remaining stuff off with tar remover

My best so far is 392 miles on a full tank which was 55L, but was only around town so not too bad compared to some other car's

Not bad. Pretty similar to mine. If i was you get yourself a nice sound system, RS grill, lower it and a few bits here and there. Then you wont stop and keep doing things and end up skint. lol

Cut down your original one's. Makes no difference to the signal and save yourself a couple of quid.

I would stay away from halfords if i was you. Have a look around must be someone selling an alpine, Then buy some decent components like jbl or mtx for example and should sound good.

OMFG be surprised if they are still alive after that.
