When you say heavily throttled, I'm pretty sure I'm getting the maximum out of my 50mb line. As in a game take between 2-3 hours which seems right for 50gb. But dont let that get in the way of anything here. In fact just move on.

I don't have any issues with download speeds at all.

today i discovered if you leave the car door open you can attach a sticky bomb inside the car so i spent a bit of time finding decent cars and parking them near the los santos autos and waiting for people to get in it was better when they didnt see because they drove off then just went back...

i think they've improved messages as well, they used to take ages to load and now they are pretty instant
