I recently changed to Greenlight and i have been well impressed from start to finish. They firstly quoted me less than half of what it would have cost me a year with Direct Line, that with all my mods, full breakdown cover and ncp.
Each time i've spoken to them they have been really friendly...
True, i'm gutted as when i got my alloys, i got them done in anthrecite and not long after that everyone had dark wheels and anthrecite wheels come as on option on renaultsports so.......better to be different.
I've see a 172 with a full carcept splitters and skirts and it looks nice not ott, not my cup of tea though. Also the RGM front splitter looks ok but personally i'd go for the 182 splitter as its the most suttle imo.
Yeah it just the six screws and give it a bit of a sharp shove upwards and it'll come off, i've already done this and it comes off quite easily. You'll need an alllun key (probably spelt it wrong but you know what i mean.)
I have bought a Cup spoiler for my 172, all sprayed up, but the high level brake light has a different shaped connector loom to plug into, to make it work.
Renault cannot get a light with a round connector (i think the light I have is from either the 182 Cup or Megane 225) so i guess the 172...
I shopped around and with all the mods declared, 6 yrs no claims 27 m, i got quoted £ 563 with Greenlight, that was over half price i was quoted on my renewal with Direct Line £1300+. The guys there are like minded and really know their stuff.
Bought a Cup spoiler for my full fat 172, and the light but i cannot find the part number for the square connector point for the light.
Does anyone know what this part number is as i wanna fit the spoiler as soon as humanly possible.
Cheers
LMFAO cheers guys, i feel like a total drama queen now
I think i shall shut up about it and enjoy the driving experience, we'll see how she performs at the FCS
Got my car rolling roaded monday to see how much power its pushing out as i have made a few mods (K&N induction, cat back exhaust and Superchip) and when i got the print out, it only showed that it was pushing out 179bhp @ 6656 rpm!!!! I was well disappointed, cos i was hoping nearer 190...
